April Field Trip: Sunset at the Paint Mines Interpretive Park, Calhan
Saturday, April 19
For those starting in Cañon, meet at the Village Inn parking lot at 4:30 pm.
Then we’ll meet up with those arriving from other areas at 4:45 in the parking lot of the Alta gas station on Hwy 115 in Penrose.
We'll carpool to the Paint Mines.
The drive is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Penrose.
Please note that the schedule may change somewhat.
